About Robert Zakar
Robert Zakar, raised and schooled in El Cajon, has been serving San Diego County since 1995 through community service, philanthropy, education-based fundraising and police force fundraising. He is also a member of the East County Chamber of Commerce. In 2006, Robert and his family addressed the need for a high-quality removal service in Southern California by founding CTS, California Transport Solutions. This family-run business quickly became the area’s preferred removal company, earning recognition and awards from agencies such as LifeShare. In 2011, he stepped down to devote his full attention to East County Mortuary & Cremation Services where he is a licensed California Funeral Director (FDR1766) and licensed California Preneed Insurance Agent (64720).
